How to join Mensa Penang as a Member?
You need to take our Mensa test (see testing dates below). Once you pass the test, you are invited to join Mensa. Your Mensa membership is an acknowledgement that you belong to the top 2% of the population which have high IQ. It is globally recognized and acknowledged by other Mensa organizations.

9:45 am Registration @ Penang Mensa Society Office CO-24-GF (Ground Floor),
10.00 am Mensa Test
- The test consists of 36 questions to be answered in 40 minutes.
- No calculation nor language involved.
Venue:
Kompleks Masyarakat Penyayang (Caring Society Complex),
Jalan Utama, 11470 Penang
(next to Governor’s Residence).
Fees:
RM50
(Malaysian fees are the most affordable. If you take this test in the US, it costs you $50 or in the UK, 50 pounds.)
Age Limit:
You must be 14 years old or older
Requirements:
- Please bring along Identity Card, pencils and erasers.
- The test consists of 36 questions to be answered in 40 minutes.
- No calculation nor language involved.
Additional service:
If you are a teacher and have a group of students who would like to take this test, we can come to your school/college. We offer group testing at learning institutions at a discounted rate (covering Penang and Kedah states only).
